Digital Elevation Model

Gisat offers several standard products in the DEM domain – freely available SRTM DEM and ASTER GDEM or SPOT 3D product serie.

Both SRTM DEM / ASTER GDEM and SPOT 3D data cover nearly all continents. This is important especially for mapping of non-European regions, because appropriate DEM is essential to produce accurate satellite orthophoto.
