SPOT 3D
SPOT 3D products come from the processing of SPOT 5 HRS scanner with 5 m spatial resolution. These products are developed by Spot Image company to build a worldwide archive of DEM data processed with unified methodology and quality assessment.
SPOT 3D can be considered as the most extensive standardized DEM database worldwide, available anytime to customer.

SPOT DEM
SPOT DEM is the base product of SPOT 3D product portfolio. Its accuracy depends
on landscape character and processed region area (the bigger area the better accuracy can be achieved using block interpolation).
SPOT DEM can be purchased as a region covering minimum area of 3000 km2.

SPOT DEM Precision
SPOT DEM Precision stands for product fulfilling all DEM standards. Includes metadata describing in details altitude data characteristics (local accuracy, processing methods, used corrections and quality control, terrain characteristics, ...).

Reference 3D
Reference 3D consists of SPOT DEM Precision bundled with 5 m precision monochromatic satellite orthophoto (from SPOT 5 PAN instrument). This results in ready-for-use product available for wide range of applications requiring DEM and high detailed map product.
Reference 3D is distributed in the form of squares of size 1 degree latitude x 1 degree longitude (on equator represents area of approx. 111 km x 111 km).
